This 3-star property offers a seafront location, Arts bar and restaurant and easy access to the M23.
Location doesn't come much better than this, right on Brighton seafront with fantastic views of the beach and out to sea. Close to the convention centre and the busy town centre, this elegant Regency style hotel is perfectly situated for business and leisure guests.

From the A23:
- Travel through the centre of Brighton to the Palace Pier roundabout.
- Turn right and travel along the seafront for approximately 1.2 km (0.75 miles).
- The hotel is situated on the right hand side, just after the West Pier.
From the A27:
- Follow the A27 into Brighton and turn right into Sackville Road.
- Then turn left at the seafront onto Kings Road, after 1.2 km (0.75 miles).
- The hotel is situated on the left hand side, just before the West Pier.
